SEMA is a ritual that dissolves the boundaries between audience and the stage. It is a practice where we excavate spaces for grief, to create altars for ritual and belonging. It’s the void where we surrender and reclaim our orphaned voices.

A story told by a 10 year old girl growing up in the House of Greed. The stories are told as a nonlinear stream of consciousness. In some stories, she is the storyteller, whereas other stories are fables.

A performative audiovisual art installation, based on the belief that one day we will hear female voices calling for prayer in public spaces. The work is based on a personal story about growing up in Denmark, as a child of 1st generation of Turkish immigrants.

Composed music soundtrack for an art movie about death and the phenomenon of animals seeking into nature, when ready to die. A movie collaboration with Maia Elisabeth Sørensen and photographer Kasper Nybo.

Composed music for the dance art movie “Satellit” - written and directed by Maia Elisabeth Sørensen. The musical sound track is inspired by disco synths and ambient abstractions.

Co-founder of Game Girl Workshop in in 2010. Developed a workshop concept teaching young girls to make computer games based on their own stories and experiences. From 2011 - 2016, we organised workshops in Denmark, Dubai, Sweden & Palestine. In the workshops we used opensource software.
